At JUSTMAXOUT FOUNDATION, we believe in the limitless potential of every student. Established in 2024 by Bryce Washington, the foundation is dedicated to empowering young individuals to embrace every opportunity, overcome challenges, and pave their way to success. We are committed to helping students achieve their academic dreams by providing financial assistance, mentorship, and essential resources, ensuring they are prepared for the future they deserve.

Bryce Washington’s personal journey is one of resilience, leadership, and the transformative power of education. As a graduate of St. Augustine High School, Bryce earned both academic and athletic scholarships to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL), where he majored in accounting and finance. Throughout his college years, Bryce excelled both in the classroom and as a student-athlete, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership on and off the basketball court.

In addition to his academic and athletic success, Bryce served as a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, where he mentored and led his peers as Dean of Pledgees during his senior year. Now in his 7th year as a professional basketball player in Israel, Bryce’s international experiences in Canada, Australia, Japan, and Israel have deepened his cultural understanding and leadership abilities, all of which he brings to the mission of JUSTMAXOUT FOUNDATION.

As a New Orleans native, Bryce understands the pivotal role that education plays in shaping a student’s future. The transition from middle school to high school is one of the most critical periods in a student's academic journey, and JUSTMAXOUT FOUNDATION is committed to supporting rising 8th-grade students in preparing for the 2025-2026 school year. By providing resources and scholarships, we aim to help students thrive during this crucial stage and set the foundation for their future success.

As a New Orleans native, Bryce understands the pivotal role that education plays in shaping a student’s future. Bryce credits his family for instilling in him the values of hard work, education, and community service. Through JUSTMAXOUT FOUNDATION, he seeks to invest in the next generation by ensuring that every student has access to the tools, resources, and guidance needed to succeed. JUSTMAXOUT FOUNDATION offers a variety of scholarships and resources designed to support students at different stages of their academic careers. 

Our programs include:

• School Supplies and Materials: Rising 8th-grade students will receive backpacks filled with essential academic supplies to ensure they are fully prepared for the upcoming school year.
• Uniform Vouchers: We understand that school uniforms can be an added expense. Our foundation provides monetary vouchers to help families purchase uniforms from their preferred vendors.
• Tuition Assistance: For students attending private or parochial schools, the foundation will award scholarships to help offset the cost of tuition for the 2026-2027 school year.

Additionally, the foundation proudly extends its support to high school seniors. Each year, two members will be awarded financial scholarships to assist with the cost of higher education, helping them pursue their college and career aspirations.
